We provided virtual telehealth visits through Simple Practice. Initial consultations are  scheduled for 60-minutes unless otherwise specified. But if you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out!

Currently, we accept insurance through Premera Blue Cross and Aetna. All services are telehealth. Most insurances cover telehealth visits. Please check with your insurance regarding coverage.  If your insurance denies coverage, the client will be responsible for payment. Credit or debit cards will be needed to be on file for visits prior to scheduling appointments.

AWN is offering Nutrition and Behavioral Health Services.  Fee-for-Service Rates are as follows: 

• 1-hour Visit: $140 (or $35 for 15-minutes) 

• Follow-up 1-hr Visit: $100 (or $50 for 30-minutes)
